Built in 2020, our place offers a fully stocked kitchen with a farmhouse sink, & private entrance/parking for 2 vehicles. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably, 2 Bedrooms, and a pullout couch in living room, 1 bathroom. Located on a quiet, peaceful, tree lined street, it is easy to take a walk or bike ride at your leisure; or travel 2 miles down the hill to the heart of Encinitas offering nice beaches, shops, restaurants & local breweries! *Our two bedroom cottage blends a mix of modern, bohemian and industrial elements. *Smart lock makes check in and access to the unit a breeze. *Relax in our new private outdoor entertaining area on the front patio (added in 2023) , equipped with a BBQ and outdoor seating for up to 6 people. *New Storage shed for tenants use recently built in 2023, located East of the cottage. *The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need. Coffee and tea are also provided for you. *We support local! Each guest will receive a craft bar of soap, uniquely made by Encinitas Soap Co. Security Deposit of $1000.00 due at signing of the lease. No pets. No smoking on property. 1 month minimum stays, and are open to longer term.
