    FIXER UPPER! Great potential on this property. Lots of trees and privacy. Fully fenced with two rolling gates on the front. Home was a single wide originally but has an addition on either side - adding to the square footage but currently unknown beyond county record, buyer to verify. As you enter the home you are entering the left addition, and you find a living room in the addition with a bedroom/bathroom. As you enter the mobile from the addition, there is a kitchen in the front as well as another living room. Down the hall there is space for washer/dryer although indoor washer hookup needs attention. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom in the rear of the residence. Going through the slider into the right side addition, there is an indoor porch area with walls/windows as well as a door to another room they used as a bedroom but it does not have a closet - we can call it another living space or rec room.
