This home has a huge covered back porch that overlooks a greenspace (No back door neighbors, ever!) This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (3/2 down and 1/1 up). There is ,also, an upstairs closet. In addition, there is a separate office with built-in desk, drawers and cabinets, downstairs across from the laundry room and mud lockers. One of the other advantages of this plan is that the spacious laundry room is right off the master closet, for convenience. Buyers have asked for that feature on a regular basis!
