We are looking for tenants who will take care of our property like it is their own, as we have lovingly renovated and upgraded many areas of the home. You must make the minimum income requirements, have stable job history, and solid credit history to be considered.
This home is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood with quick access to all Litchfield Park has to offer. We are located within five minutes to several grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and the I-10 freeway. This home will be managed by us, the owners, not a property management company. All major systems (HVAC, water heater) have recently been serviced and the home is under a home warranty if there are any maintenance needs. A maintenance visit will be performed every six months to perform routine maintenance and address any maintenance needs.

Per our HOA agreement, tenant agrees to maintain all front yard weeds and general appearance of front exterior or tenants will be assessed a fine by our HOA. Tenants will respect all HOA rules, most notably quiet hours from 10pm 8am. Tenants understand that renter information will be submitted to our HOA so they are aware of who is occupying the home. This is not a party home, but is located in a quiet, clean, family friendly neighborhood.
