This means, you can stop by anytime for a tour 7 days a week 8am to 8pm eastern standard time. Before you head to the property for a self tour please text me. I will need a copy of your ID. I will send you the code to allow access to the front door. We ask that you please turn off any lights and lock all doors when you're done. Baseline requirements. All of our property owners require the following: 660+ credit score. You cannot have any foreclosures, bankruptcies, charge-offs, evictions, open collections, recent late payments or a criminal record. We will pull credit on all applicants and these baseline requirements would apply to all applicants. Income requirements: We need to verify via paystub or other form of documentation a net income of 3x the rental rate. For example, if the rental rate is $2,000 per month, we'd require a net monthly take home pay of $6,000 per month. If you meet the above requirements, have toured the property and want to move forward, we'd be happy to send a link to a formal application. Please understand, we like to cover these baseline requirements ahead of time because there is a $30 charge to pull credit, run the background check and otherwise complete the application process.
