Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. Fully furnished, it features a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. A 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability upon your arrival. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are taking place throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic Boston elegance, which may cause some noise. There is a no-smoking policy with a penalty for violation.
