Available June 1. Studio in quiet, secure bldg. No parties. Basement apt, but only down 1/2 story, so daylight (not gloomy) basement. :) Good sized window, so pretty bright for a basement. Small but renovated just a few yrs ago! Ceiling, lights, kitchen counter/faucet/cabinets, and bar w/stools makes great use of the small space. Full sized stainless appliances. Entire bath was done, from walls to vanity, medicine cab, lights, shower hardware, etc. Fully painted recently, and a new floor was installed, so pics don't show that. There are 2 good sized closets. Photos show as you walk in n look from L to R, then back toward door to enter apt. Tried to include something from last photo in next, so you can get an idea of the space. It's small but tenants tell me large for a studio. It's just one room, but a good sized one. Photos show entire apt. Although there's not a separate BR, the area between bath and apt door would fit up to a queen bed plus small bed-side table. I've included a couple of different set-ups, to show optional layouts.
