We recently remodeled the entire downstairs of the home. Taking out the wall between the very small kitchen and very small dining room to create one large kitchen with eating area. French doors open out onto a large (20x 10) deck. There is a large 4x5 window in the kitchen as well. The kitchen boasts all new Maple cabinets, hardwood laminate flooring, new appliances, and 50 sq. ft. of countertop. The washer and dryer are under counters in the kitchen. We converted a walkway into the kitchen into a large closet for the first floor. The laminate flooring extends into the living room where we redid the facade of the fireplace. Coving old crubling brick w/ lovely stone. All the wall paper in the entire house has been stripped off and all rooms painted in modern colors. Our bathroom was completely redone as well 3 years ago and has a shower with extra large tub and stone tile on the floor. The master bedroom has a sink in the room which is great when company comes. The house is central air capable, the unit needs to be replaced. There is new carpet throughout the upstairs with in the past 5 years. We redid the cement walkway and steps and part of the porch out front as well as put up new gutters front and back. The roof is brand new 7 yrs. ago w/ a 30 year warranty.
