Inspired by HGTV- since moving in 2018 we replaced the roof, remodeled all three bathrooms with custom mosaic tile , repainted every room and the front porch, replaced hot water tank, added a third electrical sub panel, tanning bed, new garage door opener, replaced all ceiling fans, replaced lights with LEDs, added decorative boards to finish off the pool house, painted pool deck, replaced pool liner, added crown molding in a spare bedroom, added four koi ponds, new fireplace frame with glass tile, replaced landscape lighting, and replaced all fixtures with nickel hardware and all electrical outlets and switches with white plates. Added a workout room in an unfinished room in the basement. Replaced carpet in the family room. New dishwasher, new furnace and AC. Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and porcelain tile floors.
