Its a very quiet area. The entire house is painted light grey with hard wood floors and tile through out. Alot of charm and character to the home. There is a $18 fee for background check before the lease is signed on all tenants over 18 that checks for judgements, evictions and criminal history. $1050 for the last month rent and $500 deposit is required to rent property. The 1st month rent will be prorated. Small to medium dogs that are already house trained are allowed for a $250 fee per dog that is nonrefundable. Nonsmokers only.Tenant is responsible for utilities and lawn care. The city offers free garbage service.
