No pets inside our out due to having livestock and dogs of our own. Nice yard that will need to be maintained/mowed frequently. Renter is responsible for utilities.water, trash pickup. Water bill is kept in owner's name, but will be paid by renter at time of monthly rent due. This lease is a month to month lease. Renter's insurance is not required however owner is not responsible for any loss to renter's belongings in the event of an incident ( manmade or mother nature made) resulting in loss of property. It is encouraged for renters to obtain their own renter's insurance. Each tenant must go through the tenant screening process which is provided upon request from owner.
