Limit 2 per renter. Must be at least 12 months old, house-trained, and well-behaved. Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles is available. No boats or trailers allowed. No parking on the grass. Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door and an exterior camera on the garage. No cameras inside. Please Note: * Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds or termination request. * Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
