The appliances are stainless steel, the counters are solid stone (kitchen and bath). The bathrooms are tiled and there are blackout shades in every window.
There are decks to enjoy on sunny days and a carport for you to park.
Fully Furnished. All utilities are included in rent. The lease is month to month and 30 days notice is required to terminate the lease. Quite hours start after 10 pm. Five people is the maximum on the lease and guests are limited to 4 nights and we need to be notified and given information so we can run a background check.
