Needing to transfer remainder of lease for our 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in a luxury apartment complex with great amenities, including a swimming pool, and a perfect location with great schools, and a pretty close to the beach. We have B2 floor plan and pay $1746 per month (includes pest control, trash reimburse). In order to take over our current lease, you would need to be approved by our apartment complex and also pay the $65 application fee and $200 admin fee. The apartment will be ready to move in from March 7th. Our lease runs till September 24th, 2022 with the opportunity to extend it.
