Feels very spacious, walk on closet, very nice sized modern bathers and modern open kitchen, good to entertain in unit but there is also a party room that can be used or rented if for a large group, awesome loc. In NW by whole Foods on P St NW which is just a five minute walk away. Sunny with hardwood floors. Can include all utilities in the listed rent despite what this zillow ad might show elsewhere (trying to get it all in synch... heat oh stove is gas and there is a brand new shower/ bath combo installed ) but you pay for internet. If you want lower rent than listed and don't need the walk in closet the owner could use it for permanant storage for a few items optionally. So the rent price is somewhat negotiable. 6 month lease also available, prefer 1 yr. Owner willing to pay for all utilities (trash, sewer, gas electric, and water and only charge extra 25 if any bill is extreme like for water ..never seems to happen and have never had to charge this to anyone ever).
