The location was convenient -- close to plenty of restaurants/entertainment and major freeways. The place was clean and we really appreciated having multiple rooms, a full size fridge, etc. Check-in/out was simple and quick.This newly renovated space is located in a quiet neighborhood. The unit, located on the second floor, is large and has two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds, one firm and one soft). There is also a double sleeper sofa and a full-size mattress for other guests. The living room has a big flat-screen TV with accessible WiFi. The washer and dryer are downstairs near the parking garage. Great place to stay! Very clean, has all needed amenities, and the AC was great. owner pay water and trash,tenant pay gas and electricity
