Owner pays for internet/WiFi. No cable TV subscription: if renter would like cable TV this can be added at their own expense. Zillow does not have the option for a 3 month rental so I had to choose 1 month but this is a 3 month minimum rental. Preference will be given to guests that would like a minimum 6 month rental
