This is our pledge to you. We are seeking a long-term tenant for years, if possible, because we value long-term relationships, but a minimum of one year is required. It is conveniently and fairly close to the freeway (10 min.). Best of all, it is in turnkey condition for immediate occupancy and early move-in possible. 1) Key & remote-control deposit ($150) refundable fully upon vacating; 2) Tenant is responsible for electricity (no gas); HOA pays water, garbage, and general building maintenance; 3) minimum 1 year lease required (not allowed for short-term rental such as Air-B-N-B); 4) no application fee is charged but if preliminarily selected tenant(s) must pay a credit report check fee (approx. $35-$50); 5) no pets allowed or $50 per month additonal charge.
