No interior construction, exterior only. *Onsite gated parking (may get temporarily blocked during construction) PROs: cheaper rent, highly desireable location, flexible landlord. CONs: adjacent construction project with some daytime noise at times. This house will be available on a month-to-month basis for the duration of the adjacent building project (est 9-10 months), at which point the house will be rented on an annual basis. I'd love to have the house utilized (rented) for the duration of the project, but am happy to rent month-to-month. NOTE: 1. I (owner) plan to office in the 2nd bedroom on a limited basis. Otherwise you will have the house to yourself. 2. I will pay for half of the utilities. 3. I live accross the street. We have an exterior washer dryer closet at our house which you are welcome to use. 4. There is currently off-street parking at this property but at some points during construction it may be blocked and unavailable. There is a residential permit parking across the street and we will provide you a residential parking pass. 5. I'm hopeful to find an easy-going tentant who isn't bothered by the adjacent contruction project (an addition the existing house). There will be no construction inside the house, unless the tenant is ok with me doing a few minor upgrades, tbd, as mutually agreed. 6. I do not suspect that the adjacent project will be highly disruptive, but as contruction projects go, there will be some noise from time to time, usually in limited bursts when crews show up. 7. For the right person this should be a stand-out offer.
