Below is the minimum-maximum income range based on the number of occupants (gross income before taxes and any deductions): 1 person: $2,506-$3,300 2 person: $2,506-$3,770 3 person: $2,506-$4,240 4 person: $2,506-$4,710 12 month lease, all adult residents must complete an application and be part of the lease.
