Scenic, rugged Appalachian family property located close to Pisgah National Forest. Water source is spring fed. There are some other structures on the property, though not in view of the A-frame. This property has been farmed in the past and may be enjoyed for hiking, gardening, farming or by pets upon approval. This property is off a gravel public road and has a gravel driveway, so an all wheel or 4 wheel vehicle works best. One other renter lives on this property, but not within view of the A-frame. (Home on private driveway and only available to view at approved time. A GPS sends people too far, so look for address on mailbox. You can't see the home from the public road. Renters are encouraged to assist with minor maintenance issues. -- Questions about this property will be answered after September 16th.
