A one year lease is required. A late charge of $25.00 per day if rent is not received by the first of each month. No animals/pet's allowed. Landlord pays for water, gas, and trash. Tenant is required to maintain the grounds by keeping the lawn mowed and watered, weeds pulled, and during the winter months responsible for snow removal. If yard is not maintained or snow not removed, the tenant will be charged $50.00 an hour plus materials for the landlord to provide yard maintenance/snow removal. Washer and Dryer are provided as a courtesy, should the unit's stop working it is up to tenant to replace (of course taking them when they move out) Tenant is expected to keep the interior of the duplex clean and repair any damage's that occur during the lease.
