My water bill was on average $15/month, electric $40/month, and cable/internet really depends on company. I absolutely loved living here, but I have 2 additional family members as of recently and we need more space. The apartments' are mainly occupied by professionals and graduate students, and it's only 5 minutes (walking distance) from campus. They are not furnished, but have updated appliances including dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, and washer and dryer. The bedroom is very spacious with a nice sized walk-in closet. This space would be perfect for singles or couples looking for spacious and affordable housing. The lease ends at the end of May, but there is definitely opportunity to renew if desired.
