The private bedroom can be furnished if needed. The private bedroom for rent has close proximity to John Hopkins, downtown , and a large park across the street. There is a smart lock to enter the home, smart controlled thermostat, and ADT security. Wifi and all utilities are included in the rent and we are offering month to month and short term leases (less than 6 months). Upon approval of application, full lease terms will one available. For sake of listing, this is a PRIVATE 1bedroom that would be sharing a full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom with 1 other tenant. There is currently a 1 other male in the unit and no preference for either gender. Tenant will have access to a full size kitchen and washer/dryer located on the main floor that is shared with 2 other tenants. No smoking, no pets unless ESA/ Service animal with proper documentation. All utilities are included such as washer/dryer, A/C, Heat, Internet, Security System, and garbage.
