If desired, the laundry could be relocated in the primary bedroom closet fairly easily. Mountain Park is a City with 2 lakes for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Also trolling motors are allowed for our catch and release fishing. Mountain Park is a designated Wildlife Sanctuary and home to , Herons, Bald Eagles, Barred Owls, Mallards and many other creatures. If you love the outdoors, and a small community feel, this is a perfect respite from the busy Atlanta Area.
