This is the house we built in 1983. It is a frame house built with Cedar, stone, and stucco. This is the least expensive house in the neighborhood by a great deal. You have complete privacy, a garden for a front yard and a pool in back....this is the defintion of location, location, location.. Neighborhood Description All of the other houses on the street are less than 10 The are large walls surrounding the street and you have a brick road and beautiful landscaping that is maintained by the homeowners association. I'm pretty sure that there is not another house on the street valued under 500k. There are 7 houses on the street and at least one of them was built for 2 1/2 mil..every house was custom built....this is easily the nicest street in a very nice community.
