The small home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Dunbar, WV. The rental includes off street parking and washer/dryer hookups in basement. A maximum of three pets is allowed with an initial non-refundable pet fee. A qualified applicant can move in immediately! Resident will be responsible for maintaining the yard. Not HUD/FHA qualified. Minimum 540 credit score, with no eviction or bankruptcy records. *As of Saturday, September the 10th, we have received 12 applications to rent the home through Zillow/Truila. However, only two of the applicants have stopped by to view the interior of the home at the open house. We only rent to applicants that have viewed the home. I am available to show the home on Sunday the 11th by appointment. Just message me to arrange. We will choose the next prospective resident on Monday morning, September 12th. The winning applicant will be required to sign a lease starting September the 14th. $1,230, minimum, is due at the signing of the lease. Resident is responsible for all utilities including electric, water, sewer, and trash. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per cat, $150 per dog under 30 lbs, and $225 per dog over 30 lbs.
