There is a long hallway with 10 locking bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bed (typically a bunk) and dresser. Two common bathrooms include showers. The break room has a shared fridge and microwave, table, ... This is like a college dorm where you have your own bedroom, but bathrooms and common room are shared with other tenants. The price is for the entire bedroom. You are allowed (but not required) to invite your own roommate so that you can split this cost. Or you can keep the room to yourself. All utilities included for the $50 monthly (wi-fi, water, electric, gas, trash, ...) No smoking (by order of Fire Department). Tenants share cleaning chores.
