We are renting out our 3-bedroom townhome by the room. Military discount available. The location is only 5 mins away from SWC and there is MTS public transportation right across the street that can take you to the trolley station in Palomar street where you can then ride the blue line towards UCSD or ride to almost anywhere in San Diego. No pets allowed. Entire house could potentially be co-ed depending on the rental demand. All tenants would need to go through an individual application process and background check. The rental includes the following perks : 1. Fully furnished 2. Keyless entry (use passcode or thumbprint) 3. Personal key to your room 4. Security cameras (ring) 5. Free wifi 6. Free utilities (Water, Electricity) 7. Full size kitchen with appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and utensils (Pots and pans, Cups, plates, pantry organizers etc) 8. Washer and dryer in unit 9. OPTIONAL- Common area LIGHT CLEANING provided at no extra cost. Meaning that owner/owners employees will come into the premises once a week to clean the downstairs area (vacuum floors, lightly clean downstairs bathroom, take out the trash bin from the garage, lightly clean kitchen counters, lightly clean downstairs bathroom, etc). They will NOT access the private rooms but may also clean the upstairs hallway. If no light cleaning is desired you may trade for garage parking. 10. Feel free to harvest anything from the small garden in the patio, or to meditate in it! To get started I would need: 1. To run a background check 2. This is the master bedroom and has a private bathroom and shower. Walk-in closet ($1650). Military discount ($1625) Room #2- Private with 1 full bed and TV. ($1525). Military discount ($1500) There will be house rules posted around the house and a copy can be provided to you once you clear the background check. In general, nothing too strict, but please be respectful of other tenants and their personal belongings. Especially any kitchen items or food in the fridge. The house is set up with enough storage in the common areas so lets share please. There are plenty of eating spaces as well like the dining table, the nook in the patio and the LIFT-UP coffee table in the living room which is my personal favorite. I worked from home and constantly used that lift up coffee table as a desk. The couches are convertible and have some storage inside where you can find extra blankets and pillows. All I ask is if anything gets dirty please wash asap. Please note that the pictures included are only of the shared spaces, but feel free to schedule a time to view the rooms in person. We will provide linens, which you will be responsible for washing from then on. No smoking or pets allowed on premises. Place is completely furnished and equipped with keys and locks for individual rooms if necessary. There is 1 unassigned parking spot and light cleaning may be traded for garage parking. No smoking allowed.
