For some people the skinniness of the bedrooms can be a big disadvantage, so please only inquire if you are open to long and skinny bedrooms. The laundry equipment is NOT shared with the people in the lower apartment. (Their laundry equipment is inside their apartment so the basement is mostly for your use.)
