Can fit 4 cars in the driveway and has street parking on the weekends. 1 stall detached garage. Huge basement with storage room and plenty of extra space. Sectional in the basement stays with the house. We have loved the last 2 years here but are buying a house now. Great landlord, very easy to work with-he is negotiatiable when it comes to pets.
