There are four other young professional guys living in the house currently. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, Fios internet, and cable, as well as a Plex server for your entertainment. The house is half a block away from the subway station, and a block away from East Passyunk square which is filled with tons of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and is a very prime location. There is a cleaning lady that comes once a month that cleans all the common areas and bathrooms as well that's also included.
