Direct access to Freedom Park and walking/bike trails. Sleeps as many as 6 with very comfortable beds and furnishings but owner prefers 3 or 4 tenants with maximum 3 vehicles. Whirlpool tub and 2 separate showers, one new remodeled shower February '24 , single unit washer/dryer, complete but small kitchen with 2 burner stovetop, microwave and small oven, drawer refrigerator and freezer, also large refrigerator/freezer (added island not shown in photos), outdoor gas grill. Place is complete with pots and pans and nice linens since it was originally a short term rental. A relaxing "underdeck" outdoor space with nearby garden and trees, high ceiling fans, and comfortable sofa swings. Bikes and sport equipment available available for use. Owner lives upstairs, respectful of privacy but may need service access to unit, announced in advance, for maintenance. A monthly cleaning with towels/bed linens change is included. Heating & Air, (within normal use range), Electricity, Gas grill, Water, Garbage and Recycling Pickup are all included. Even services like bringing cans to the curb and back and bike usage, and monthly linens cleaning are included. Requires a monthly clean for $75. Owner will pay remaining half of $150. Pet allowed for added $100 per month pet fee each. Non smoking Tenants expected to maintain property and accept a monthly general cleaning by hired cleaners and inspection by owner.
