Hi there! I am looking to lease out my room for the spring semester. I previously attended and have finished studying at UW-La Crosse, and am now moving on. Here is a little bit about the house:- The house is kept clean and the rooms are very spacious.- The landlord is a super nice guy and is always willing to fix problems around the house in a timely manner. - There is more than enough parking space in the private lot behind the house.- There is a washer and dryer in the basement that can be used free of charge. - The house is a duplex (with the offered rooms being on the bottom floor), and everyone living there is friendly and approachable.- Rent is $355 per month, not including utilities (the cost of utilities is typically pretty low).I am already out of my room, so move in can happen as soon as possible. The lease will be over at the end of May.Before agreeing to sign anyone, I would like to arrange a face-to-face meeting. This way I can ask you some questions - just to be sure that you would be a good fit and get along well with the others in the house.
