This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with a 2.5 car detached garage is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Xenia and is just down the street from a shopping center. It is also conveniently close to other stores, restaurants, gas stations, churches, schools and businesses. The bike path, and multiple parks, (including a dog park) is also nearby. It is centrally located and within 30 minutes or less from Dayton, Fairborn, Springfield, Beavercreek, and Jamestown. Route 35 is easily accessible. It runs directly behind the plat. The house was newly painted inside and out about a year ago. The carpet in the living room, bedrooms, and hallway was installed about a year ago as well. The living room has nice large windows, (I have included some pictures that were taken the day of the carpet installation because it was a bright, sunny, and clear day. The front and back porches are cemented areas, nice for relaxing outdoors. It has a big back yard which is partially fenced in. It gets a lot of day and evening sun which is optimal for growing a small garden. Behind the fence is a row of pine trees for privacy. A small storage closet is attached to the back of the house. Small (20 lbs. or less), fully house trained, dogs and cats are allowed. No more than two pets. No exotic animals, reptiles, amphibians, tarantulas, or bugs of any kind will be permitted. Other small, family friendly pets will be considered upon request. There is an additional $25 monthly charge per pet. No Smoking inside the home. No Greene Met or Section 8.
