Apartment community is controlled access and rent includes a parking space in the attached parking garage. Apartment is located near restaurants and shops in Playa Vista and Marina Del Ray. It is near the 90 freeway with easy access to the 405 freeway. About me: I'm a late 20s female and I work full time as a nanny. I am clean, neat and responsible. I am cheerful and respectful of others. In my spare time I like to create content on YouTube and spend time with friends. I LOVE animals and I am willing to consider a pet. Who I am looking for in a roommate: Female in her 20s. Has a full time job, neat, clean, responsible/pays rent on time. This is a non-smoking property.
