The apartment features two bedrooms on the second floor, living room, office, kitchen, and bedroom on the first floor. There is a deck off the living room entry, which is perfect for relaxing. Tenant is responsible for paying for the electric. Apartment has electric baseboard heat. There is no A/C, so Tenant would be responsible for bringing an A/C window unit. Washer and dryer hook ups are available in the Apartment, but Tenant is responsible for bringing their own washer and dryer. No smoking is permitted in the Apartment. Small pets are okay, but a $300 non-refundable pet fee is due at Lease signing and an additional $25.00 per pet, per month is due in addition to the rent. Any damages done to the Apartment as a result of pets would be at the sole cost and responsibility of Tenant to remedy. Parking for Tenant's cars is available alongside the driveway near the outbuildings towards the end of the driveway. No unused cars, boats, etc. are permitted to be parked on the Property. Tenant is required to fill out an application, which must be approved by Landlord, and Landlord will perform a credit check. The application fee is $25.00. Tenant is responsible for landscaping and snow removal around the unit (walkways, deck, etc.). Driveway is plowed in winter by Tenant whom leases the outbuildings.
