Off the kitchen is a private bedroom with a queen, desk, tv, closet and full bath with tub/shower and a 2nd entry door. The second level is accessed by a spiral staircase. On this level you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and deck, an open area outside the bedroom with a set of bunks and a large deck, and a full custom bath with walk-in shower and oversized changing area. The washer/dryer is on this level as well. The 3rd level (loft) is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase (not recommended for younger children) and includes a queen bed, TV and closet and chest of drawers. There is paved parking with a limit of 2 parking passes. There is no other onsite parking for the house within the complex. If renting in the winter, you will be provided with snow plowing rules and regulations set forth by the Homeowner's Association. Internet, water/sewer, cable TV and snow plowing are included in the rent. Electricity, which includes heat, is the responsibility of the tenant. Shoveling snow from the decks, if necessary, is the responsibility of the tenant. There is no on-site manager for this rental unit. Available November 15.
