The tenant will have their own bedroom on the main floor of the house. The bedroom has a closet and a window looking out to the backyard. The backyard is a shared space. A bed is available if one is needed. The main floor includes a washroom, living room, kitchen, and dining space. All of this is space is shared with us. We have a bedroom beside the tenant's bedroom. Our son lives in the basement apartment, and he shares the main floor space as well. We own a cat, and we speak Spanish. All utilities are included, but if the tenant would like to use our internet, we will need to discuss a price. No parking and no laundry. El inquilino tendra su propio cuarto en el piso principal de la casa. El cuarto tiene un closet y una ventana que da al patio. El patio es un espacio compartido. Hay una cama disponible si se necesita. El piso principal incluye un bano, sala, cocina y comedor. Todo este espacio se comparte con nosotros. Tenemos un cuarto junto a la del inquilino. Nuestro hijo vive en el basement y tambien comparte el piso principal. Tenemos un gato. No smoking inside, no pets, no laundry, 1-year lease, no parking.
