NOTE this is PROGRAM TRANSITIONAL HOUSING managed by Hope 101 Ministry and is income restricted! This studio is part of a Transitional Housing self-sufficiency program. Located in downtown Grant and within walking distance of the city amenties. The Transitional Housing program includes case management, budget assistance and goal oriented incentives and living in the studio is a benefit of program enrollment. This is a weekly term that is renewable for up to six months, depending on program success. The unit is fully furnished and the program fee includes all utlities, cable and internet. The unit is air conditioned, has a full sized bed, has a small kitchenette, and a large tiled shower within the full bathroom. This is program housing offered for application to those who are below the median income of Newaygo County. Applicants must be a resident of, or have ties to Newaygo County. The weekly rate for the program fee is $151 per week or, $652 if paid by the month and this housing is only available to individuals who have applied to and been accepted into the Hope 101 Ministry transitional housing program.
