This is family-owned and maintained by a responsive owner-landlord. If you're able, please drive by the house before reaching out. Cats and small dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis, for an additional fee. No smoking in the house, please. $2500 deposit + first month's rent are due at signing of lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner will be responsible for all lawn and garden maintenance. No subletting is permitted. 12-month lease minimum. To sign lease, renter is required to independently purchase renter's insurance valued at $100,000 minimum, and to provide proof of this insurance. Cats and small dogs (under 20 lbs) allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit + $40/month pet fee. No smoking permitted inside the house. Please provide three references. Ideally this would include at least 2 landlord references and professional reference, but a mix of landlord, professional and personal references is also okay. One parking spot is available on-site. Please be respectful of shared driveway. Ample on-street parking is available. Lease does not include use of detached garage.
