Includes heat, laundry, water, sewer, trash, & recycling, but you'd need to get your own internet as I use my phones hot spot. There's storage in the detached barn for bikes etc. $1500 per month and $1000 security deposit.. Possibility of taking over my yearly lease. Hit me up for all the nitty gritty details.
