    This is a sublet for 3 months with the possibility of taking over my yearly lease. Sorry but pets are not allowed. Great location, walk to town, across from the Smiley bldg, front porch, yard, small barn for storage, all utilities included, dishes, cookware, etc furnished. I will be subletting my place for 3 months while I'm in Malaga Spain from Mid January through mid April. I can be a little flex on Dates so let me know what you need. It's a 2bdr, 1ba, approx 950 sq' on 3rd Ave, walking distance to town and across the street from the Smiley Bldg. Great location..! Best suited for one person. Comes complete, dishes, cookware, towels, etc.. I'm a guy and a true minimalist so it aint the Taj Mahal or the Hilton, but it's clean, warm, and comfy. Includes heat, laundry, water, sewer, trash, & recycling, but you'd need to get your own internet as I use my phones hot spot. There's storage in the detached barn for bikes etc. $1500 per month and $1000 security deposit.. Possibility of taking over my yearly lease. Hit me up for all the nitty gritty details. Good credit a must, background check & income verification needed as well. Sublet for mid January through mid April. Possibility of taking over my yearly lease. Length of lease and dates are somewhat flexible. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be approved by landlord. Good credit and background + references.
