The gated property has a gorgeous freshwater shared pool at the front of the property for daytime enjoyment. Walking distance to Kailua beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. Easy, flat biking distance to all Kailua/Lanikai region beaches, parks and anywhere in town. 5 minute drive to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base. Plenty of free on street parking in the neighborhood. Finding parking spots is never a problem. Very short (4 min) walk to bus stop. Furnished apartment, available beginning of April until beginning of August 2023. Month-to-month ok. Utilities $150/mo and include electricity, water, sewage, bug control, WiFi, cable, pool maintenance, & yard maintenance. A single small to medium size dog or single cat are allowed, and require additional $500 deposit. Any dog must not be prone to barking when left alone.
