With space to spread out and thoughtful touches for families with kids, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown just 1.5 miles through tree-lined streets. It's a quick 5-minute drive or a fun bike ride to restaurants, shopping, parks, and the lake. - Non-refundable animal deposit of $350. - No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. -Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. -As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. -There is a full lease to sign prior to being provided house code.
