There is a designated parking spot reserved for guests with a handicap permit. Any vehicles parked there without the proper permit may be ticketed or towed. This apartment resides within a multi-family building. Guests are expected to treat the entire building like their home and the tenants like their neighbors. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement.
