What we love about this home: Built in 1895, it has historical charm and a beautiful view of the mountains. The front porch is lovely in the summertime. There are many deer and wildlife in the neighborhood, and they often pass by the windows while grazing. The morning sunlight in the 1322 unit is divine, it would be wonderful for someone who enjoyed having houseplants. There is a brick wall down the interior middle of the home, so while it is a duplex, it remains very quiet and completely private. This home is peaceful and serene, a perfect place to enjoy life on the westside of Colorado Springs!
