What we love about this home: Built in 1895, it has historical charm and a beautiful view of the mountains. The front porch is lovely in the summertime. There are many deer and wildlife in the neighborhood, and they often pass by the windows while grazing. The morning sunlight in the 1322 unit is divine, it would be wonderful for someone who enjoyed having houseplants. There is a brick wall down the middle of the home, so while it is a duplex, it remains very quiet and private. This home is peaceful and serene, a perfect place to enjoy life on the westside of Colorado Springs! Rent is $1800 a month, with trash service included. Utilities and other services will be tenant's responsibility. There is a fiber optic hookup in the front living space. Refundable deposit will be equal to a full month's rent ($1800) Pets considered on a case by case basis, although we would prefer a renter that has either a cat or no pets.
