    What's special

A exceptionally noble built home one of the last built well by a local carpenter and perhaps his last final creation as America was ravaged under Tricky Dick Nixon with gangster mentallys sent Dick to China to sell our jobs as Jimmy Carter a peanut farmer acted bewildered as the Federal Reserve lined their Swiss Bank accounts with money so devalued allowing the 6% home morgages and savings and 9% C.D. rates to never return and the cost cutting it made the only choice home builders could profit by. Homes builders like Deitch homes as homes rose to nose bleed levels. No solid concrete foundations cheaper materials aluminum replaced copper which caused countless fires 2 dollar carpeting the new norm as hardwood was cost prohibited. Real plaster walls now became drywall. The houses of the 70's lost their backbone. The I Beam that supported the entire structure was now x's of cheap plywood that these poker faced builders claimed safe but saved a non witting home buyer money. Even plywood for the roof lost to partical board made of saw dust and glue. Shingles were staples on which later blew off to mild windy conditions and finally was stopped by beaurcrats but the wiring in the walls met steep resistance and families risk their lives and their childrens when they lay down to sleep and pray they awake or are alerted when this cost saver non copper wiring along with plastic boxes not steel which provides homes with its electricty cause a manmade catatrophey due to the humane condition GREED!
