The apartment is a bright & spacious one-bedroom, approx 800 square foot on the first floor of a row house in Shaw with like new appliances and hardwood floors throughout. There's lots of light and privacy because it's above ground and set back from a retaining wall with a front garden. There is track lighting in the living room, kitchen, hallway, and bedroom closet, and flush mounts above the coat closet and in the bedroom. The living room is in the front and has nice big bay windows, a storage closet and a seperate coat closet. The galley kitchen is behind and to the left of the living room and is enough space for two people to cook together, plenty of kitchen cabinets, and lots of space to work on the granite countertops. It has an electric stove/oven and new microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is in the hallway between the living room and bedroom and has a large shower, mirrored medicine cabinet (inside is also mirrored), and under-sink storage. The hallway has a nice-sized linen closet. The bedroom in the back is huge and has a large stack front load washer and dryer, big closet, and crawl space behind the closet for additional storage. We installed track curtains and took down the closet doors, but the doors are the same gray color as the walls and are easy to put back up if you prefer doors.
