Pets considered on an individual basis, if pets are approved to stay check out will be one hour earlier than the time listed:) Please cover couches with blankets provided if pets would like to be on the couch. We try to be very pet friendly, please let us know what type of pet(s) are in your family and we hope to be able to accommodate! Seasonal outdoor pool steps away from your back door! Usually open June through early October - please Note the pool schedule is entirely dependent on the weather and we cannot guarantee opening or closing dates thank you for understanding! *New option to add pool heat. Please inquire if interested:) It would be an additional charge as it costs more to heat the pool:) Pool is a common area but is only shared with 1 (at most possibly 2 on rare occasion) other guests:) Note: There is a hand held steamer kept in laundry area for ironing purposes, and a rod over washer/dryer to hang garments on to steam rather than a traditional iron. The cooling method is an evaporativee cooler, which is the is the most common type of cooling in New Mexico due to the dry climate. (But is unique to the region & quite different for those traveling from other areas of the country:) It requires winterization for cold months, so please expect some warm days in fall and w spring as the temps fluctuate. It cools the home10-15 degrees below outdoor temps, rather than to a specific temp setting Houses rules: Please remove shoes Please observe quiet hours 9p-9a for mutual courtesy of the other unit. No additional guests or visitors (human or animal) permitted on the property at any time without prior permission. For mutual courtesy please be sure to thoroughly clean up after yourself (or approved pet) in common areas after each use. No smoking/vaping of any kind anywhere on property inside or out No filming or professional photos without permission *No business use of home ie no clients at the home or business registration to the address etc. (Yourself working from home of course is all good!!) Premises are not suitable for children under 16, safety concerns *take care not to let coffee grinds, hair or food scraps down the any of the sinks or drains. Please do not use garbage disposal for food scraps. -check out time is 11a for those without pets, 10a for reservations with approved pets Full exterior perimeter records video/audio 24/7 including pool & patio areas. This helps us help YOU arrive & ensure an enjoyable stay for all. Also used to ensure house rules are being respected by all guests, especially pool safety & no additional unregistered human or animal guests permitted on propery at any time without prior permission.
