Recently renovated: torn down to the studs, fully insulated, shear walled for earthquake safety, completely redone inside with quality materials. . . imported granite, tile, new double pane windows, doors, appliances, etc. Special attention paid to sound isolation during remodel. Gas heat/stove. Rent includes utilities: PG&E, water, sewer, trash, curbside recycling, Sonic high speed internet/wifi. Tenant to supply phone: unit is wired for landline. Apt. and patio are not totally private as they share the entry into the backyard of the house: owner will need to pass by the Apt. when accessing backyard.
